• The ground-floor level has the main living area. The entrance to the house is spacious enough to have a full couch, TV with VCR, and library. The living room is comfortable and overlooks the ocean and screened patio area. The dining room comfortably seats eight people. The fully equipped kitchen has recently been remodeled. There is everything you need to cook wonderful foods. The owners have included a freezer for your use as well.
• The second story has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
• The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bathroom, with balcony overlooking the ocean.
• The second bedroom has a queen bed, also with a balcony overlooking the ocean, and the third bedroom has a two twin beds, with a balcony overlooking the front courtyard. The bathroom in the hall serves both of these bedrooms. The third story has a small bedroom with a full bathroom. This bedroom has two twin beds.

Property Notes and Additional Information

The outside patio area is covered and screened, making a comfortable living area that you will enjoy. There is a table and chairs for playing games or dining and a "living area" that overlooks the pool and garden with nice heavy wooden furniture. The new pool is joined to the screened patio with another outside sunny patio that welcomes you into the "L" shaped pool. The pool is lit at night with florescent lights that change color. It is a very attractive pool with a fall and jacuzzi area. There are a few lounge chairs and some patio furniture for your use when you enjoy the full sun.
